Monkey for nothing

So, finally, i recorded myself with camera. Some movements are quite clean, and so the monkey, but there are spaces for improvements : the kong is a bit closed, and i lose energy at the beginning of the jump when i plant my foot, so …

And now is time to “transform” the monkey to a kong so i must train arms …

I’m praticting also plyometrics and noticed an improvement of elasticity… but i really need to organize in a scheduled way my trainings….

A video to watch yourself

Recentely i bought a small digital camera . You can record also some video . I ’ve intention to  use it during my trainings : who is the best judge if not ourselves ?

Recording vaults and movements to rafine them to the essential  .
